FAS(Field Application Scientist, 대리 ~ 차장)


Responsibilities

• Key technical supporter for the sales forces, distributors and customers in global market
• Technical products demos (to prospects and customers) in domestic market, and occasionally for global key customers
• Support customers and distributors technical troubleshooting’s and propose solutions in collaboration with R&D and marketing team
• Provide programmed trainings to distributors and subsidiaries to increase their technical skills, and sharing technical information and contents
• Make technical seminars / conferences / webinars / workshops, and participate to global key exhibitions
• Provides strategic and competitive feedback to sales and marketing team.

 
Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in biology
• Hands-on work experience in cell biology and very good knowledge in microscopy (fluorescence, confocal, light sheet, etc.)
• Experience in interacting with customers and ability to present technical content to small and large audiences
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability and eagerness to work with teams across the world and respect cultural differences
• Self-motivated, work ethic. Proactive behavior
• Willing to travel and mainly located at Anyang head quarter office
