Senior DSP engineer (과장 ~ 차장)

[담당업무]

• Management of, but not limited to Cell Culture Harvesting, DSP Bioprocess Development (Chromatography, Virus Filtration, UF/DF Filtration), DSP Optimization, Scale-up/Scale-down, Resin & Filter Screening, Buffer Optimization,
• Manage to bioprocess development, scale-up  & production of therapeutic proteins / biosimilars (mAbs, enzymes, glycoproteins) from animal cells lines,
• Coordinate  Bioproduct & Bioprocess Design Stages, documentation (e.g. URS, SOP, batch records, etc. for Bioprocess/Lab equipments),
• Manage analyzing and solving problems in Production & QC, lead experimental strategy, problem characterization, data acquisition and analysis.
• Coordinate to DSP R&D, Product & Process Development, Quality, Regulatory teams for new technologies and methods,
• Contribute to new biologics introduction for pre-/clinical trials, process development stages in-house; authoring/reviewing technical transfer documents & protocols (for tech transfer projects) and validation protocols; perform non-GMP & GMP DSP bioprocess runs and process performance qualification,
• Manage to perform validation of equipments and process, review/evaluate lab/process data and write reports,
• Establish Training Programs for Employees, Graduates and Students on Biopharmaceutical DSP, Bioprocess Development, QA and Regulatory Issues,
• Manage and peruse techno-economical evaluation studies and lead to establish cost effective processes,
• Supporting project teams on writing innovative projects for Turkey and International Collaborations.

 
[자격요건]

• Master’s or PhD degree in Bioengineering (Bioprocess/Chemical Eng.) or Biological Sciences (e.g. Cell Biology or Biochemistry) with 5 year of experience in a GMP regulated environment; or Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering or Biological Sciences with at least 7 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience in DSP bioprocess development, large-scale manufacturing and project management skills in related areas,
• Management & understanding any bioprocess simulation program for techno-economical evaluation in USP/DSP due to different cell lines and bioprocess development.
• Experience in Process Validation.
