Junior USP engineer (대리)


[담당업무]

• Contribute to bioprocess development, scale-up  & production of therapeutic proteins / biosimilars (mAbs, enzymes, glycoproteins) from animal cells lines,
• Support, but not limited to Cell Culture, Bioprocess Development, USP Optimization, Scale-up/Scale-down, Media/Feed Optimization, DSP.
• Contribute to Bioproduct & Bioprocess Design Stages, documentation (e.g. URS, SOP, batch records, etc. for Bioprocess/Lab equipments),
• Analyze and solves problems in Production & QC, support experimental strategy, problem characterization, data acquisition and analysis.
• Contribute to USP R&D, Product & Process Development, Quality, Regulatory teams for new technologies and methods,
• Contribute to new biologics introduction for pre-/clinical trials, process development stages in-house; authoring/reviewing technical transfer documents & protocols (for tech transfer projects) and validation protocols; perform non-GMP & GMP bioprocess runs (up to 1000L) and process performance qualification,
• Perform validation of equipments and process, review/evaluate lab/process data and write reports,
• Contribute to Train / Organize trainings for Employees, Graduates and Students on Cell Culture, Bioprocess Development, QA and Regulatory Issues,
• Perform techno-economical evaluations and contribute to establish cost effective processes,
• Supporting project teams on writing innovative projects for Turkey and International Collaborations.

 
[자격요건]

• Master’s or PhD degree in Bioengineering (Bioprocess/Chemical Eng.) or Biological Sciences (e.g. Cell Biology or Biochemistry) with 2 year of experience in a GMP regulated environment; or Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering or Biological Sciences with 4 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience in cell/tissue based bioprocess development and large-scale production,
• Understand/Use any bioprocess simulation program and contribute to estimate techno-economical evaluation in USP/DSP due to different cell lines and cell line modifications.
• Experience in Process Validation.
