<담당업무>
* Compliance 업무
(1) Obtain regulatory compliance certifications
  - KC인증/안전인증 관련 규격 업무
(2) Work with test lab and government officials/regulators to reduce regulatory approval lead time
- 인증시험소 및 유관정부기관(과학기술정보통신부 / 전파연구원 / 기술표준원) 통한 인증업무
(3) Attend regulatory compliance standard meeting such as RF/EMC/OTA/SAR etc
- RF/EMC /OTA /SAR 등 시험방법 및 규격 관련 미팅 참석
 
* CS 업무
(1) Quality issue tracking and analysis
- SONY 판매제품 이슈 체크 및 분석
(2) 기타 기술지원 필요한 업무
(3) 소니코리아 서비스 홈페이지 관리
4. Experience : 0 to 4 years
5. Mandatory
*경력지원시: Minimum 2 years of regulatory compliance engineer experience (전파인증, 안전인증)
- Solid planning and communication skills
- MS Office: high
- English: high
6. Optional:
- Customer Satisfaction mind and kindness
- CS related job experience
- Technical support experience for IT products
- Good knowledge of related laws(Radio Waves Act. etc.)
- Good knowledge Sony products
