● 조직 내외의 모든 이해관계자의 내부조정 처리
● 리더십과 협업하여 제품군 롤아웃을 위한 최선의 방법 전략
● 월간, 분기별, 연간 진도 보고서 통합
● 주요 책임자로서 비즈니스에 대한 의견과 전략에 영향을 미침
● Development target과 비용 제약 Handling
● 정체성을 잃지 않고 문화적으로 목적 적합한 비즈니스 모델 적용

 [자격사항]
● 석사학위, 경영학 석사학위(MBA) 또는 기타 관련 분야 선호
● 창업이나 경영컨설팅 역할 최소 5년 경력
● 가치 제안, 보고서 및 정량적 & 정성적 분석의 준비에 필요한 분석 기술, 분석과 가치 제안에 대한 행동 지향적 평가 : 견고한 비즈니스 판단과 높은 개념 및 문제 구조 기술

THE POSITION: Country Lead, Korea  Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Country Lead. Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role 
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Responsible for managing all operations within Korea. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality target.
● Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
● Handle internal coordination from all stakeholders within and outside the organisation
● Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out product line
● Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
● Imposing views and strategy on the business as the major accountable person
● Handle a strong development target and keep eye on cost constraints
● Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity
● Contribute to the overall global success of our company
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
● Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant field, strongly preferred.
● At least 5 years of experience in managing a start-up or management consulting role.
● Analytic skills, needed for the preparation of value propositions, reports and quantitative & qualitative analyses; action oriented evaluation of analyses and value propositions - solid business judgement and high conceptual and problem structuring skills
● Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
