CMI Manager (과~차장급) > Order

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager will be required to take ownership of all aspects of the product life cycle, from demand capturing and prioritisation, innovation craft, communication development to landing products and insights into the business.  

This role will assume full responsibility for the following:
 
Performance Management

•  
  • Act as a catalyst to drive analytic driven business decisions.  Serve as the trusted data and research methodology consultant to different functions across the organization.
  • Partner back to business priorities for intervention and opportunities
  • Blend consumer & market data and other performance metrics (e.g. financial) to look at business performance holistically.
  • Master of market insight in Korea - play a key role in driving beauty & skin insights, portfolio opportunities via using multiple sources of data.
  • Active as Unilever Korea CMI lead in delivering country insights. 

Drive Brand/portfolio Development & Consumer Centric Innovation

•  
  • Lead category/Brand portfolio strategic analysis: provide insight and identify business opportunities from market understanding & analysis
  • Lead different innovation research programs from ideation/co-creation to final testing of the full mix
  • Involve into project design, scope & execution to get alignment and bring Korean consumers’ voice into insights take-away
  • Embrace new tools and methodologies, piloting new methods & approaches towards more agile research that is fit for purpose

Drive CMI Function Agenda & Team Coach

•  
  • Ability to identify key areas that CMI can play an even stronger role in business discussion & decision, and turn to systematic approach via leveraging CMI capacity, data and tools.
  • Ability to design, co-design, develop new methodology with support from internal / external partners.
  • Coach young talents in both CMI working professionals and soft skills/leadership.
