Job Title: Commercial Director
Purpose of the Job
Planning and implementing commercial strategy to achieve agreed sales target of the company. Managing the commercial direction of the business and lead the commercial team including both the sales of account management and NPD teams to meet customer's satisfactions.

Key Accountabilities
 
1 As part of the Senior Management Team support develop and implement commercial strategies of Agrana Fruit Korea.
2 Identifying new opportunities, developing new/current clients relationships, creating business proposals of the company.
3 Development and ownership of the commercial budget and the consequential supporting commercial action plan in line with business objectives.
4 Manage, develop and achieve agreed sales and gross margin targets.
5 Taking the lead on managing client relationships and ensuring that the board and management team are kept informed of market opportunities and business development to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products, services and markets) are optimised.
6 Assessing the risks to the business of any new commercial oportunities and managing product lifecycle.
7 Negotiating existing and new supply agreements in conjunction with the superior, which bring objective value to the business.
8 Ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that exellent customer service is achieved and developing furture improvements/services for the customers.
9 Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives.
10 Plan and coordinate business meetings, events and participate in fairs for exchanging business experience, information about new trends and products and for representing the company in agreement with the superior. 
11 Directing, guiding and developing the sales team in line with the company's strategic direction.
12 Directing, guiding and developing the NPD team in line with the company's strategic direction, managing the development and commercialization of products to meet customer expectations.
13 Facilitate the development of new business opportunities, including the development of profitable income streams outside of the dairy industry in the Asia /Pacific region.
14 Manage Agrana's brand and reputation both within the industry and internally, building a strong customer service focus.
15 Comply with the applicable compliance guidelines and the overall philosophy of AGRANA.
16 Commit to act according to the key management principles and the safety first culture as defined in the AGRANA Fruit Safety First policy.


Fundamental Requirements
Education/ Training: 
 - Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Sales or equivalent
 - Food science majors preferred
Know-how / Professional Experience
 - Minimum 10 yrs in a sales management position in the food service market
 - Market know how of diary makret or similar
 - Leadership experience  
 - Strong communication & negotiation skills
 - Organizational, customer focused, Problem solving
 
Languages: 
 - Korea and fluent in English
