Taking the lead on managing client relationships and ensuring that the board and management team are kept informed of market opportunities and business development to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products, services and markets) are optimised. |

Assessing the risks to the business of any new commercial oportunities and managing product lifecycle. |

Negotiating existing and new supply agreements in conjunction with the superior, which bring objective value to the business. |

Ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that exellent customer service is achieved and developing furture improvements/services for the customers. |

Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives. |

Plan and coordinate business meetings, events and participate in fairs for exchanging business experience, information about new trends and products and for representing the company in agreement with the superior. |

Directing, guiding and developing the NPD team in line with the company's strategic direction, managing the development and commercialization of products to meet customer expectations. |

Facilitate the development of new business opportunities, including the development of profitable income streams outside of the dairy industry in the Asia /Pacific region. |

Manage Agrana's brand and reputation both within the industry and internally, building a strong customer service focus. |

Comply with the applicable compliance guidelines and the overall philosophy of AGRANA. |
