<KEY RESPONSABILITES>
- Responsible for 360 IMC campaigns for Existing & New Product launches, including digital, social and PR. Campaigns to Raise Brand awareness, Brand Differentiation and Premiumness
- Ensure all brand communication activities are consistent with brand purpose and land brand positioning in the global and country
- Ensure cross-media efficiency, securing high ROI, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that
- Apply Precision Marketing principles to Comms (right message to the right target at the right moment) in order to boost ROI
- Partner and challenge media agency (including on innovative mechanisms)
- Place consumer’s insights at the heart of the marketing and business model
- Set challenging KPIs for all campaigns; share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition
- Ensure an outlook among the local competitors & other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation
- Uncover insights to create growth opportunities and talkability of brands
- Develop positioning, product profile, packaging, graphics, full marketing mix and business cases for innovation and renovation
- Define and execute the brand marketing plans to deliver business and equity goals
- Develop and exploit mixes for specific channels and/or regional opportunities.
- Leads global and localization of brand key vision and brand execution; be the brand steward to create meaningful
