*MCM-가방 제품 개발 업무내용Korea Season Development (Pre-collection/Collection Sample) - Meeting together with supplier and related Team for new development (especially with the Design team and Tech Team) - Check the sample worksheet and follow up with material status with the Materials team Share information for sampling arrangement - Arrange and attend meetings with vendor / Design/tech team for sampling development details - Arrange all the material to make samples based on worksheets - Check sample-making status and delivery - Chase and clarify the Material list from TD and share with vendor, and SDD tech accordingly (Can cross-check with Designers if needed) - To develop and apply some technique which is requested by Designers and see if there is any quality issue to improve and resolve it. Development with IT vendor (Pre-collection/Collection Sample) - In case, of making a sample with the IT vendor, support to gather needed information from DSN and Tech to share with IT PD & vendor - Check the sample worksheet and follow up with material status with the Materials team. Share information for sampling arrangement - Arrange and attend meetings with vendor / Design/tech team for sampling development details via Teams - Arrange all the material to make samples based on worksheets - Check sample-making status and delivery - Chase and clarify the Material list from TD and share with vendor, and SDD tech accordingly (Can cross-check with Designers if needed) - Import and export material or samples Korea Salesman Sample Order Management - Chase and clarify the Material list from TD and share with vendor, and SDD tech accordingly (Can cross-check with Designers if needed) - Check sample-making status and delivery - Attend the Engineering meeting and follow up with details - Check the materials list, w/s, and ref sample to be ready for a vendor for making samples daily if necessary - Update the delivery schedule and share it with team leader, CS, and CDP - Resolve and report if there are any delays due to materials or engineering - Arrange 1st piece of sample to be reviewed by Engineering and PD before the balance is in the warehouse - Check and comment on every sample - Attend the meeting with Design and Engineering for the final review of the sample as a yellow tag (final sample) - Update the sample approval status and share it with PD / Eng / Production - Draft and get approval for payment for SDD ref sample which requests at the Salesman sample stage - prepare and share a "correction note" with GMD before SMS for their reference. These notes gather during the approval meeting and middle of sampling. - Issue the PO in SAP for SMS and share it with each related vendor and department Sample development with other departments for special projects; (MKT SAMPLE, SUNGJOO FOUNDATION SAMPLE, Osumi project. ETC.) - If we need, we contact overseas vendors for new development and get the sample that we asked them to make - for overseas vendors, we submit the draft for importing the sample from Vendors / exporting material for vendors - Submit the draft to materials for asking order the needed material to arrange samples - Gathering the related information to inform the vendor to do sampling (sometimes, a special project is handled PD team directly) - Checking the status of the sample before and in progress - Get the engineering comments on the sample - Make the PD comments on the sample - Get new or special materials from vendors before sampling for approval to use - Collecting samples from each meeting and campaign and managing - Issue the PO in SAP for MKT samples and share it with each related vendor and department (especially, G-mkt, and digital samples) Import Parcel clearance - Draft and arrange necessary materials/documents for incoming to Korea Export Parcel arrangement - Draft and arrange necessary materials/documents for sending out of the country or within Korea 필요요건ㆍ학력 : 학사 이상 ㆍ경력 : 제품 개발 업무 경력 최소 5년 이상 (브랜드사 경력자 우대) ㆍ비즈니스 영어 가능자 (쓰기, 말하기) 중~상ㆍ패션 산업 및 트랜드에 대한 이해도가 있는 분 ㆍ가죽 및 H/W 원부자재 관련 전문지식 보유자 ㆍ생산공정 및 프로세스에 대한 지식 보유자 ㆍ테크닉과 자재 관련 지식 보유자 ㆍMaterial itself 및 Various Techinque for special Material 대한 지식 보유자 ㆍ테크닉, 자재, 협력사 소싱 인프라 다수 보유자 ㆍ벤더 관리 능력 보유자 ㆍ리전 및 해외 업체 커뮤니케이션 스킬 보유자 ㆍ커뮤니케이션 및 Presentation Skill 보유자 ㆍ문서작성 프로그램 활용 능력 (워드, 엑셀, 파워포인트 등) 보유자   나이 조건 30세(1994년생) ~ 45세(1979년생) 경력 연수 5년 이상 ~ 10년 미만 인재직무 키워드 1순위 : 제품개발 2순위 : 패션 3순위 : 제품기획 필요 외국어 영어 최종학력 학사이상 근무지 서울 - 강남구 ( 논현동 ) 출퇴근 시간 09시 ~ 18시 출근 유연제 있음 전체 면접 횟수 2회
