Requirement:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing power battery system business planning, product platform planning, technology and capacity development planning;
2, Improve the working process, product standards and design specifications of power battery development, ensure product standards and design specifications advanced, integrity and effectiveness;
3. Responsible for checking the technical scheme of power battery products and introducing forward-looking technical products to ensure that the scheme is feasible and advanced;
4. Responsible for guiding and solving the technical problems in the development process to ensure that the problems are solved in time;
5. Responsible for reviewing the technical documents of power battery to ensure the integrity and correctness of the documents
 
Qualification:

1. More than 15 years working experience in domestic well-known battery enterprises or vehicle enterprises
2. Doctor degree, from well-known universities at home and abroad; Electrochemistry / materials / Automation / machinery / vehicle engineering / mechanical and Electronic Engineering
3.  As the product leader, he has complete experience in power battery product development and has a good reputation in the market
4. Experience in battery platform development (cell, battery control, safety) is preferred.
