Durables Brand Marketer drives the key business strategies and explore new and innovative business opportunity to achieve sustainable growth of healthy home appliance category.

• Durables brand marketer develops short-mid term product and solution strategy, plans new product launching and brand communication activities.

• Explore new business opportunity and look into new product launch items based on consumer demand analysis and market insight. 

• Drive customer participation through on / off-line community based program. 

• Lead sustainable brand value increase through developing product claims and brand campaigns (digital communication, product events, AD materials, etc.)

• Create new value proposition for category brands and top selling / underperforming products.

• Provide business opportunity to ABO(Amway Business Owner) through proposing innovative business solution approach.

• Lead cross functional teams in campaign ideation, planning, implementation, and activation

• Propose market insight and consumer behavior to reflect on new product development led by Global Marketing. 

 

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in science and engineering is preferred.

• 6~10 years of home appliance marketing and new product launch experiences or brand communication experience in consumer products market.

• Strong growth mind set with strategic point of view & analysis skill.

• Fluent in English conversation, reading, and writing skills is preferred for communication with global HQ and other affiliate counterparts.

• Strong human relations and interpersonal communication skill.

• Manage extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including R&D, Sales, Training, Customer Service, Digital, Planning and Operation.
