포지션 : IT Business Partner Purpose of the role: - The IT Business Partner has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. They communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests and projects and initiatives. Act as the partner with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance) - Proactively serves as a “trusted advisor,” and is the primary IT point of contact to business line executives and managers. The key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities. Provides support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the business. They are, by nature, driven and provide significant value to business units. They serve a lead role in enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technolog   Accountabilities: - Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps to consolidate in a unit strategic view of business priorities, and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers located in Asia - Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets for respective business areas along with the Head of the unit including supporting annual and quarterly forecasts - Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments along with Product owners or in support of other IT Business Partners - Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed - Create and analyse relevant information and develop recommendations that they present to senior management - Act as the key liaison across all functional areas assigned, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors - Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources - Create shared vision of their respective solutions and facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different solution platforms - Develop and implement sound rationale for portfolio management and managing product phase-in-phase-out plans, proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps within the portfolio - Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals - Oversee the launch of solutions within the units application portfolio and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization - Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs Partner with key staff members to create strategic business plans - Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the media best suited to their requirements - Collaborate with architecture teams and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards - Collaborate with the Project Management Office on the intake process and prioritization of candidate projects across the company and prioritize - Act as a key partner to the VP of technology Services in executive management forums - Act as an escalation point - Act as a lead towards vendor management in the technology evaluation phase along with solution architect & necessary business partner   Knowledge and skills: - Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources - Possess strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business economics and financial resources - Set Direction - Situational management / situational leadership in an international globally operating environment - Management and support of multiple cultures - In deep understanding of WALWIL Values and Management principles - In deep understanding of WALWIL Business and Customers strategies that may influence decision-making Be a strong team-builder, collaborator and motivator - Seeing the total picture, having a holistic view Simplify, extract the essence of a theme and communicate that- Positive and proactive approach to change and development affecting our operation. - Be a driver of change and utilization of technology in WALWIL to improve the performance. Passionate about improving and understanding systems and processes - A sense of urgency and display flexibility to meet project needs Good interpersonal and communication skills - Having the experience and ability to work in an international environment Lead as per WWL values and code of conduct   Essential competencies: - University Degree or equivalent work experience - 7+ years’ experience as Business System Analyst, preferably with Logistics industry - WALWIL group Business Analyst experience is a plus - Good knowledge of Ocean and Logistics – WALWIL experience is preferred - Understanding of Integration and BI - Comfort in interacting with and supporting business stakeholders and in directing application delivery - Learn and adapt to new needs – Business and Technology - Sound Project and Implementation Management Skills - Excellent leadership skills to maintain effective working relationships in a diverse global environment - Ability to manage the team members, prioritize and handling multiple tasks - Able to motivate personnel’s, being a team player and build a healthy team spirit - Fluency in English language, both written and verbal   Position Title : Manager IT Business Partner - Asia Reporting to : VP IT (부사장급, 한국인) 근무지 : 서울 송파구 잠실 본사 (롯데월드타워)
