Position : HR&GA HEAD
Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities : HR Advisor to key stakeholders Provide advice and direction to Leadership Team as part of the local country management team member on employee relations matters. Work closely with APAC HR team to drive continuous improvement. Provides advice to HR business partners on country regulations/policies and practices. Provide leadership and direction where necessary. Employee Communications & Relation : Escalates queries of a more complex nature to HR Business Partners, COE or next level management. Deal with HR issue including Merit increment and CBA negotiation with Labor union. Ensure HR matters handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company's requirements. HR Policy and process : Responsible for HR policies/processes establishment and maintenance. Manage payroll inputs;Leave management;Holiday schedule;Benefits program administration;Employee contracts management;Performance management;Training coordination;HR Reports & documentations. As a country expert to work with regional COE team for the rewards, talent acquisition, T&OD, etc. Coaching and trainings to the managers/employees for the HR knowledge, policies and processes as required. Country compliance and governance : Ensure HR policies compliance to local legistlation and practice. Responsible for country specific policy/process/procedure develpment, documentation, communication. Responsible for government survey, government filing. Other Duties and Responsibilities : Lead/Participate in Global/Regional HR projects. Internal/External audit support. Any other duties/projects that may be assigned. Qualifications Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum of 15 years as a HR generalist Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience Prior experience in a matrix organization Solid understanding of labor law Excellent communication (verbal and written both in Korean and English) Able to analyze and present information effectively. Demonstrable experience in managing HR projects. Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. |
